I Prayed My Daughter Back to Faith | Armoured Women Ep. 13

December 13, 2024

It's Friday! And today I'm talking about praying for your children but more specifically, how I prayed my daughter back to faith.

But even though I'm speaking to parents, this is relevant to you even if you don't have children. There's something in this episode for everyone because it's about what God told me about getting answers to my prayers.

In this episode I talk about:

  • Why is praying God’s Word essential for seeing results in your prayers
  • The difference between decrees and declarations, and how to use it in your prayers
  • How to stand in faith for your children (or loved ones) when circumstances seem bleak
  • An app that's going to help you pray find scriptures to guide your prayers and strengthen your faith
  • How to know you can keep trusting that God is working even when you don’t see immediate results

Resources Mentioned In Today's Episode:

  • Scripture: 2 Timothy 2:22, Philippians 4:19
  • Shut Up Devil - app by Kyle Winkler

Declare With Me

I am the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus. I thank you for the blood of the Lamb that made me a redeemed child. And I know that your word is quick, your word is powerful. your word is sharper than any two edged sword.

So whatever prayers I am making in the future, I will be careful to go and find a word for my prayer and I will say your word and decree and declare your word over my situation in Jesus name. Amen.
